Do I need to register to buy?

No, you can order and check out as a guest.


What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.


Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the U.S. and Hong Kong only. We're working on expanding this to more areas in the future.

The US delivery area includes US P.O. box, overseas US military bases and all overseas territories of the US (e.g. Samoa (U.S.A. Territory), Guam, Marina Islands (Northern), Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands of the U.S.A., Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Wake Island, Caroline Islands, etc.).


How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We aim to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days.

In the event that we're running low on stock on your item, we'll try to let you know as soon as possible if there'll be a delay.


How do you ship your orders and how much does it cost? 

For orders shipping to United States, your order will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. Shipping fee: 8 USD

For orders shipping to Hong Kong, your order will be shipped by S.F. Express. Shipping fee: 4 USD

 

After the goods are dispatched, how long does for standard shipping to deliver the package?

After the order is dispatched, expect these delivery times (please note – delivery can be delayed by local customs): US – 7 to 14 business days, Hong Kong – 1 to 3 business days. 


How do you ship your orders?

For orders shipping to United States, your order will be shipped by the United States Postal Service. For orders shipping to Hong Kong, your order will be shipped by S.F. Express. 

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.


What is your return policy?

Our return policy is very simple. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any goods within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - we do not reimburse the return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

To begin the return process, please send an email to shop@goldthread2.com with ‘Goldthread Shop Returns’ in the subject line.

Returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

What is your exchange policy?

In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you"ll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, well credit your account. 


Do you have a physical store?

No, we are web-based only. But our team is based in Hong Kong.
